“We ended up with a home that feels genuinely ours, and somehow the process felt easy the whole way through. SHAPE handled permits, design, and build without us ever feeling lost.”

“Every corner has intention. Living here every day still surprises us with little details we love. The fixed price never moved and the timeline held.”

Kenji Nakamura, Los Altos Hills, CA · Hillside ADU, 580 sq ft
“I feel like we got all the benefits of a custom build, without the uncertainty. Communication was clear from day one and the team caught things we wouldn't have thought of.”

Nadia S., Menlo Park, CA · Detached ADU, 720 sq ft
“Hillside lot, tight tree ordinance, picky neighbors. SHAPE handled all of it. The modular install took one day and the finish work matched the main house exactly.”
